Against Spain update.

Thanks to everyone who has bought a copy of Against Spain so far. Copies have been heading out to all over the UK, Europe and further afield.

Feedback has been great and I've even sold a few copies of Sugar Islands too.

If you want a copy of either book, please use the contact form on the RHS of the blog AND keep an eye open for a reply from my personal email address. It may go in your spam. Please let me know where you heard about the books and tell your wargames buddies about them if you enjoy the books.

Another batch will go off in the post tomorrow.

Love these photos Stuart - clever those half figures and clear bases.

The 1/2 figures in the water are Warlord Marlburian bodies with AWI heads...unlike the Perry's or Barry Hilton I didn't want to chop up perfectly good figures when I had spures and sprues of spare bits.

The Perspex bases are great for figures where you want to have different surfaces underneath. You'll find them on eBay.

Boats are Blood and Plunder and Games of War. Fort from Slug Enterprises and the ship is a Blood and Plunder Frigate.

All the figures in the shots are from Crann Tara except a lone RSM gunner in the redoubt which is also from Blood and Plunder.

Thanks for the info Stuart. I have some of the Blood and Plunder longboats, they are very good. CG

Against Spain and the Sugar Island Campaign dropped through the letterbox this morning. Excellent work and we are already planning what we need to play some Sharp Practice games using the scenarios.
Cheers, Richard P
